Production Press Bending
- Short Run and Long Run Production Vertical Press Bending
- Vertical Press Bending ½" to 2" Tube (7mm to 80 mm)
- Round, Oval, Elipse, Square, Rectangular.
- Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Copper, Etc
- Like many Grill or Furniture Legs the Vertical Press Bender usually incorporates a material take-up dimple on the inside of the bend.
- Press Bending is the most economical of all the bending processes and the fastest,
- Typical bend centerline radii are 2- 3 times material size though special tools can make bends to 1 X tube Dimension or less.

Production Tube Bending- Dedicated Benders
- Dedicated tube benders are the fastest high production method to make a complex bent tube. Initial cost of the bender is rapidly repaid through the increased output of the machine often utilizing little or no direct labor.
- Can including auto-load and auto-drop permit most economical bending of high production, multiple bend parts.
- Can include secondary operations like piercing, dimpling, marking, drilling, etc.

Dedicated benders and tooling plates allow for maximum productivity and throughput for high volume dedicated cells and families of parts.
Many processes can be brought together in a cell such as broaching, drilling, bending, swaging, to produce parts and assemblies in the most economical manner possible.
Through prequalified subcontractors we can fulfill fisishing requirements including heat treat, plating, painting, plastisizing, powdercoating and ecoating.
